UK Mainland DeliveryOur standard delivery & packing charge is £2.99 for most items on the site. With a maximum delivery and packing charge of £3.99 on heavier or multiple items.
We aim to pack & despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Your order should arrive within 7 working days (although normally it will be 2 to 4 days).
As the site updates stock levels automatically you should always know that the item you order is in stock, if for any reason this isn’t the case we will always contact ASAP.
International Delivery (including Channel Islands)
At present Bay 158 only ships to mainland UK. If you are outside of the UK and wish to make a purchase please email info@bay158.co.uk for a quote.
In future we aim to offer a worldwide shipping option.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return any goods to us in good condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange them or refund the cost of the goods.
Please contact us before you post, ensure you pack the goods very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by registered delivery keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.
